Jana Kramer, an actor and singer-songwriter who is a specialist in country pop music and songwriting rose to prominence on television after she was cast as Alex in the third and final seasons on One Tree Hill. She had signed an agreement with Elektra Records, and she debuted her contemporary country love tune I Won't give Up during a One Tree Hill 2011 episode. By the middle of 2012, the song was included in her first entire album Jana Kramer. It climbed to number 5 on Billboard Top Country Albums. Kramer remained focused on her music career, but she also continued acting she acted in movies which enticed her fans, like Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15, 2015. It was a Top Five Country Hit I Got the Boy as well as the duo track that Steven Tyler and Aerosmith performed in the album helped to make it third place on the Billboard 200 and number 10 on the chart for country albums. The album was released after a period of two months during the 22nd Dancing with the Stars season the singer was ranked fourth. It was also the year that she scored an adult-contemporary success with her song Feels like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
